Is there an entrance fee and do I need to book in advance?

The day time PYO sessions are free entry and you do not need to book in advance.
The evening ‘Sundowners at the Sunflowers’ events are ticketed and you will need to book tickets in advance, please follow the link above to book your tickets. 
Any additional events such as yoga, pilates, sound baths etc, will need to be booked in advance directly with the individual or business running the session.

Is there somewhere to park?

Yes, we have a field available for parking. Parking is free.

What are your opening hours?

We are currently closed but will update the website before our opening date with full opening hours and days. We are currently hoping to open on 1st August 2026.

Can I visit the field outside of the opening hours?

No, this is a private field and there is strictly no access out of hours.

How much are the sunflowers?

£5 for 5 stems, £9 for 10 stems.

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring scissors or secateurs to cut the flowers you wish to purchase and don’t forget your phone or camera for your insta pics! We also have a coffee shop on site selling all your favourite hot and cold drinks, as well as cakes, pastries, ice cream, milkshakes and more, so make sure you have time to sit and enjoy.

Is there somewhere to buy drinks and food?

The Haresteet Brew Box coffee shop will be open every day selling your favourite hot and cold drinks, milkshakes, cakes, pastries, ice cream and children’s lunch boxes (lunch boxes not available at weekends).

On Saturdays and Sundays we will also have food vans at the patch.

At the Sundowners at the Sunflowers evening events there will be both a bar and food vans.

Can I bring alcohol and food to the evening events?

No, we ask you to buy your drinks and food at the evening events.

Can I bring a picnic?

Accepted Answer

PYO daytime: On Saturdays and Sundays we will have food vans available, so we would ask you to please support these local businesses. During the week we will also be selling children’s packed lunches at the coffee shop but we do allow picnics midweek.

Sundowners at the Sunflowers evening events: We ask you not to bring your own food and drink. There is a bar serving drinks and two food vans per event.

Question 10

Are you family friendly?

Yes of course, we welcome all ages!

We do ask you to supervise your children at all times as it can get busy and we are close to a road. We cannot be responsible for your child's safety.

Question 11

Is the sunflower patch wheelchair friendly?

Accepted Answer

The sunflowers are grown in a field on a working farm, so there will be some uneven ground. However, we can arrange for you to park as close as possible, so that you are able to access the field more directly.

Question 12

Are you dog friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however we do ask that you keep your dogs on a lead and pick up after them. Please be aware that there will be young children (and adults!) playing in the field who may be wary of dogs.

Is there any seating at the evening events?

Accepted Answer

There is limited seating, therefore we recommend bringing chairs and/or blankets to sit on. We do have some blankets available, but again numbers are limited.
